Motivations
What gets you up in the morning? Rate a list of professional motivations (salary, recognition, impact...) on 4 stars to tell us what makes you tick.
Passions
Your hobbies say a lot about you. Like soft skills, rank 12 passions to show us what drives you outside of work. A recruiter might share the same one!
2. Validate Your Skills (2 Pillars)
Know-How
Based on the roles you've chosen, we generate a list of job skills (e.g., 'Manage a budget', 'Prospecting'). You self-assess your mastery level from 1 to 4 stars.
Knowledge
Here, we're talking about expertise and tools (e.g., 'Mastery of Figma', 'Knowledge of Law X'). You also rate your level from 1 to 4 stars so recruiters know exactly what you master.
