Our Story

Job Skill's story is one of a dual realization. Johan, co-founder and engineer, received dozens of mission proposals per week on professional networks: "To be honest, if 5% of them matched my skills, it was a luxury."

Sophie, co-founder and management consultant, noticed the opposite: the difficulty of finding the right profiles on those same platforms. That's when the idea was born: to create their own platform, with a focus on the power of precise matching.

After two years of development as a pair, hundreds of meetings, and countless moments of questioning, Job Skill finally came to life.

A platform that connects skills, but above all, humans.

How we do it: The power of MIA

Unlike platforms that assign a percentage match score with no further explanation, we wanted to go further. We wanted to give companies and candidates a way to understand *why* they match.

That's when we imagined and brought to life MIA: our Automated Intelligent Matching.
